| Texana Living History Association  offers many types of
performances to accommodate your program needs. We alter our programs to
accommodate the audience and venue. We work with public and private schools,
Scouts, historical organizations, cultural festivals, corporate dinners,
receptions, fund raisers, parties, workshops, etc. Below is a list our basic
programs. But keep in mind that we specialize in adapting our existing programs
to conform to your specific requirements and needs; and we love special
requests.

    | School Programs | We have several programs
designed for schools. Our school programs use a more structured format than
our event and meeting programs. They are designed to give students a
comprehensive and interactive experience in Texas history.
We have created educational materials including study guides and activity
sheets to go with many of our school programs and can provide associated
TEKS objectives. Our volunteers are experienced working with students and
many have teaching backgrounds. We work with all ages and can tailor a
program to fit the age and needs of your students.

Since all of our characters are volunteers, scheduling of specific stations
and/or characters depends on availability. This allows us to keep our cost
at a minimum. The fees are used to pay administrative costs and repairs to
equipment, etc. Please discuss budget concerns and available discounts with
	our Program Coordinator.

Remember, we come to your location. No busses or other hidden expenses are
required. We work with many schools in the DFW area and are proud to be an
ArtsPartners provider. However, many of our programs are available to travel
	to other areas.
